We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card is charged at time of shipment, not before. Sorry, we are currently unable to accept personal checks or C.O.D.’s.

Returns

We accept returns, but only if the product was found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. So be sure you’re ordering the right product. If you do have a problem with your shipment, please contact us through the Contact section.

Security

All order information is encrypted using a leading provider of digital trust services, Comodo, before being transmitted over the internet. Once we verify and authorize your credit card information, it is immediately deleted and NEVER stored on our servers. Your personal information is stored on a secure server.

Shipping & Backorders

Orders typically ship from our warehouse via USPS within 2 – 5 business days, when all ordered items are in stock.

Partial Shipments

As a rule, we’ll hold your order if an item is backordered and ship complete once all items are in stock.
