Payment

We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card is charged at time of shipment, not before. Sorry, we are currently unable to accept personal checks or C.O.D.’s.

Privacy

We do not disclose, sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. If you elect to receive special promotional offers, only pertinent information will be forwarded to the appropriate party for this specific purpose.

Product Satisfaction

Not satisfied with the quality of a product? Please notify us directly using the customer satisfaction contact information listed on the product label.

Returns

We accept returns, but only if the product was found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. So be sure you’re ordering the right product. If you do have a problem with your shipment, please contact us through the Contact section. Contact us within 14 days of delivery & Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged item, you may be required to send photos of the damage. Please keep outer packaging as well and original label. We will provide a return label on request. All packages shipped priority come with up to $100 of insurance. 

If we are able to submit a claim for the damaged item, we have to follow the policy's and procedures of the shipping service (UPS/USPS). IF the package is returned, we will refund you once we receive the package and file the claim. If you choose to keep the product, you are responsible for filing the claim. The shipping service will refund the damages and you can then reorder.

Security

All order information is encrypted using a leading provider of digital trust services, Comodo, before being transmitted over the internet. Once we verify and authorize your credit card information, it is immediately deleted and NEVER stored on our servers. Your personal information is stored on a secure server.

Shipping & Backorders

Orders typically ship from our warehouse via USPS/UPS within 2 – 5 business days, when all ordered items are in stock.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer rush or express shipping due to our location. If you need an order ASAP, use the contact form and let us know. Otherwise, it will ship in 2-5 business days.

Effective 1-1-2024 Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If an item is not received due to wrong address provided to us, customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Tracking numbers are sent by email as soon as the product ships. You can check the status of your order by checking the email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking info to update. 

We urge customers to keep track of delivery date, so you know when the package is being delivered. 

Package theft is not covered by our small business. We sincerely apologize, but we are unable to replace at our expense (this includes packages that show delivered but not received by customer) 

Once the package has been dropped off and accepted by the shipping service (UPS/USPS), we are no longer responsible for any issues that may arise due to delays, delivery issues, etc. Missing mail claims can be made on USPS and UPS websites.

If an order is delayed well beyond the expected delivery date, reach out to us. We are always here to help and will do our best to track it down. Please contact us using the CONTACT form. 

Partial Shipments

As a rule, we’ll hold your order if an item is backordered and ship complete once all items are in stock.
