Brisket Recipe

Ingredients:

Bill’s Season All
Onion Slices
Jalepeno Slices

Preparation:

Rub Bill’s Seaon All generously on the brisket, wrap in foil and let set in the refrigerator overnight.  (you can let it marinate for a couple of nights) When you are ready to cook your brisket, unwrap meat and add slices of onion and jalapeno on to of meat then wrap back in foil.  Put on pit at about 250 degrees for 4 to 5 hours.  Open foil and cook for another 2 hours.  We use the juice from the brisket along with your favorite barbecue sauce added together to add to your table as sauce.  This recipe can be altered to cook in oven.

Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

Bill’s Season All
Italian Dressing
1/4 Cup Butter

Preparation:

Generously rub Bill’s Season All on chicken and marinate overnight in italian dressing. When you are ready to cook the meat take a fourth cup of butter and mix with a large bottle of italian dressing. Heat to melt butter and use as a sauce to dab on meat during cooking. The chicken will be tender and juicy.

Rib Recipe

Ingredients:

Bill’s Season All
Italian Dressing
1/4 Cup Butter

Preparation:

Preparation:Very Simple! A few hours before you are ready to cook your ribs, rub Bill’s Season All generously on ribs and let set in refrigerator. If you like sauce to dab on your ribs while cooking, you can use a bottle of Italian Dressing to a fourth cup of butter, melt butter and italian dressing and dab on ribs during cooking.

Steak Recipe

Preparation:

Generously rub Bill’s Season All on steak and marinate overnight in italian dressing. When you are ready to cook the meat take a fourth cup of butter and mix with a large bottle of italian dressing. Heat to melt butter and use as a sauce to dab on meat during cooking. The steaks will melt in your mouth.
