 Tortilla Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

3 – 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1 – 16 oz sour cream
1/2 lime juice
1 samll onion (quartered)
2 or 3 jalepenos (depending on how hot you want them)
1/2 cup bacon bits
Bills Season All
burrito size tortillas (14-16)

Preparation:

In food processor add onion,  jalepenos (cut in half and deseeded). Pulse until fine, add bacon bits, then chop until mixed.  Add softened cream cheese, mix well, Then add lime juice, sour cream and Bills Season ALl to taste.  Mix well. With Spatula spread on tortilla fairly thick (so that you can roll  it up without it coming out) Roll tortilla up rather loosely, then flatten and work it around so that the mix is out to the edge of tortilla.  Wipr off any excess.  Refrigerate overnight in airtight bag. Cut into slices about one to two inches wide.
